If you have concerns about the authenticity of an item purchased from us, please contact our Customer Care team with your order information and any supporting documentation.
We will review your concern, the item's available authentication records, and any relevant professional findings. If an item is confirmed to be counterfeit through an accepted independent professional authentication process, Keep It Lux will provide a refund of the purchase price in accordance with our Authenticity Guarantee and applicable law.
