Keep it Lux, U.S. returns for a full refund if the return is requested online through your KeepitLux.com account within 7 days of an online order (as proven by the tracking number). Initial shipping costs (if any) are nonrefundable, however no return fees apply for approved returns. In all other cases, a return fee per item applies:

How do I ship a return?

1. Visit the ‘Orders’ section of your account (via desktop or mobile web browser only) and click on the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return, then click ‘Return’.
2. Confirm the return method and return address and accept our return policy.
3. Upon completion you’ll be able to download and print a complimentary return label. You’ll also receive a confirmation email that will include a link to generate the complimentary return label as well as detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
4. Item(s) must be shipped back to Keep it Lux no later than 2 business days after the complimentary return label was generated (as proven by the tracking number).

Note: The label will self void after 2 business days, at which point it can no longer be used. Return packages shipped after 2 business days will be rejected and returned to you.

1. After we have received and inspected the item(s) you have returned, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

How do I request a return?

You may create your return request for a return label by accessing it under "orders" in your Keep it Lux account (Accessible via web browser).

Can I return a Final Sale Item ?

Final Sale items are clearly marked in on the Product Page, in Cart and at Checkout. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Keep it Lux’s cancelation and return policies do not apply to Final Sale items.  Final Sale cannot be submitted via Keep it Lux.
